PAYMENT:
I accept only PayPal payment.
SHIPPING:
The item will be shipped worldwide (except Australia, Africa) via Thailand Post's registered (ePacket ) International Air Mail. A tracking number of the item will be sent to the buyer after the item is dispatched.
I will ship the item within 1-3 business days after receiving cleared payment and shipment is not available on holidays.
Delivery time is 1-4 weeks depending on the destination. Estimated time of arrival is 1-2 weeks for Europe, 2-4 weeks for America.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
RETURN POLICY:
I accept returns for every item except paintings, custom or personalized orders, perishable products (like food or flower) and Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
The accepted reasons are
a) the product is not the same as what was described in the listing.
b) damages from shipping.
If you want to return the product you purchased, please contact me within 7 days after receiving the product and return it to me in original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The buyer would pay for all return shipping charges.
The refunds will be paid after returned product is delivered and after 60 days from shipping day in case of item losing.
No refunds in case of no recipient available and the item is returned to sender.
